You will automatically receive an e-mail from us, containing the necessary information for tracing your order online.

When do I receive my track and trace information?

As soon as your order is picked, packed and scanned for departure from our warehouse. The e-mail you'll receive provides you all necessary information for online track and trace. If for some reason you did not receive this e-mail, please contact our sales department for assistance.
